(Studio) Chicago jury for conspiracy trial released; information on compromise verdict comes out; 5 were guilty of crossing state lines to incite riot, all acquitted of conspiracy charges; 2 acquitted of all charges. Mrs. Ruth Peterson on jury interviewed.

(Chicago, Illinois) [PETERSON - said Judge Hoffman wonderful; was compromise verdict to avoid hung jury.]

(Chicago, Illinois) Another juror told "Chicago" Sun Times 3 women jurors convinced all 7 were innocent. [KUNSTLER - says significant if jurors thought they were innocent and gave in to go home; could be grounds to set verdict aside.] Defense may ask permission to question jurors.
