(Washington: Candy Crowley) The plans by some Republican governors, led by Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal, to turn down some of the stimulus money examined; details given about Jindal's specific criticisms. [OBAMA - talks about unemployment insurance and the politics.] [On NBC, JINDAL - worries about a permanent change in state laws.] A statement from Louisiana Lt. Gov. Mitch Landrieu critical of Jindal and a letter from the two New York senators quoted. The political coming out party for Jindal, who will give the Republican response tomorrow, noted.
