[SHARON - accuses magazine of lying.] "Time" attorney reported admitting secret Israeli government report substantiates Sharon's claims; magazine recalled citing same report as its principal source in claiming Sharon discussed need for revenge by Lebanese Phalangist forces just prior to latter's slaughter of refugees.
