(Studio) Supreme Court rules draft board can't punish war protestor by drafting him if he is legally exempt from service. Cheyenne, Wyoming, draft board drafted divinity student after Washington, DC protest. Court also rules with regard to procedure for draftees suing draft bds. In another decision, court refuses to review government's right to order reservists to active duty in undeclared war; like Vietnam war. Fort Lee, Virginia, reservists make appeal.
