Steven KLEINMAN- says it is their concept & they had no experience with waterboarding.] [Senator Carl LEVIN - criticizes the use of these tactics.] The document evidence contradicting what former CIA officer John Kiriakou, who led the Abu Zubaydah capture team, told ABC News in 2007 about the use of waterboarding.
