(Studio) Attorney General John Mitchell admits, Justice Department departed from own policy by issuing subpoenas for material from newsmen, broadcasters etc., without first negotiating to determine and limit information government wanted. Subpoenas were for all materials, not published, about Panthers and Weathermen. If news media gave all material collected, it would be voluminous.
