(Studio) General William Westmoreland's libel suit against CBS said formally dismissed; his withdrawal of suit yesterday recalled.

(NYC) Co-defense Mike Wallace, Westmoreland and others noted present for Judge Pierre Leval's formal dismissal of case; films shown. Leval's remarks to jurors quoted. [Juror Patricia ROTH - believed CBS defense was overwhelming.] Informal poll of jurors said finding support for CBS. [Juror Michael SUSSMAN - supported Westmoreland.] Sussman mentioned only juror holding that position. [Jurors Richard Ben-VENISTE, (sic) Myron GOLD - discuss case, reaction to suit's dismissal.] [WALLACE - now appreciates criticism of him.]
