[State Department spokesperson Edward DJEREJIAN - notes formal protest lodged with South Korean officials.] [Monday, assistant secretary state Elliott ABRAMS - dismisses possibility of South Korean government violence against Kim.] Chun Doo Hwan's oppression of political opposition and political sensitivities faced by Reagan administration in dealing with his regime considered. [KIM - blames US support of dictators throughout world for ensuing political crises; lists countries illustrating concept.] Chun's April visit to White House thought not in jeopardy at this time.
