(Washington: Sharyl Attkisson) CBS News investigation of a the Frontier Foundation, a non-profit founded in 2003 by Representative Steve Buyer to raise money for college scholarships, presented; details given about how much the fund has collected without spending any money on scholarships, about which industries were foundation donors, how Buyer sponsored bills for donors & his support for smokeless tobacco. [BUYER - says he cannot recall where the first money came from & he has not focused on "appearances."] A note that the first foundation donation came from PhRMA, the pharmaceutical lobby, noted.
