Apparent role of expected United States veto of anti-Israeli resolution in United Nations in triggering anti-American attacks cited. [US ambassador to United Nations Jeane KIRKPATRICK - notes terrorist threats to Americans in Lebanon.] Iran reported warned through Swiss in January of United States retaliation if Tehran was linked to any further terrorist actions against Americans, include kidnap victims still held in Lebanon; details given of Pentagon plan to attack terrorist camp within Iran.
