[Paine Webber analyst Ken NOBLE - explains factors discouraging CBS takeover.] Turner Broadcasting's financial status mentioned; possible financial aid from major CBS stockholder and contributor to Senator Jesse Helms, Ivan Boesky, considered. CBS stock activity today reported.
