[Volunteer searcher Jesse THOMAS†- says we’re still hopeful.] [Missouri Department of Public Safety Andrea SPILLARS†- says they use medical records and fingerprinting to identify the bodies.] [Mayor Mike WOOLSTON†- says we may go into a second phase of shock.] [Joplin resident Susan ROWE†- says we will survive.]
