Over .08 is disqualification from driving, possible prison sentence and fine. Scotland Yard performs mock-up of breath test to demonstrate. [OFFICER - tells motorist to blow up bag. Explains procedure to motorist after he does.] Officer and motorist go to police station Of 20,000 motorists tested in 6 months, 12;500 lost licenses Motorist gets 2nd breath test 20 minutes after 1st.
