(DC) Wolf says day after June 17 break-in, White House employee, on orders from White House official, brought him several boxes of documents on Watergate bugging, include contents of E. Howard Hunt's safe. Documents removed before FBI could get at them. Wolf says told Watergate prosecutor Earl Silbert about documents but he wasn't interested in them. Silbert denies this. [WOLF - says revealed client's name to grand jury but can't yet tell public.] Wolf's attorney, Monroe Freedman, said earlier prosecutor Earl Silbert himself part of cover-up. [FREEDMAN - says Silbert very vigorous in questioning Wolf, but was less than enthusiastic in prosecuting Watergate case.] [H.R. HALDEMAN - refuses comment on Watergate case.] Haldeman's and John Ehrlichman's attorney, John Wilson, present at court today.
