(Chicago, Illinois) Judge Julius Hoffman shows 23-year old juror letter her family got from Black Panthers. She said she couldn't remain impartial, and was disqualified. Defense says Judge tainted juror by not seeing if she had prior knowledge of letter. [Defendant David DELLINGER - says government sandbagged one of jury they were afraid of. Jury business may be attempt at mistrial by government Judge has revealed his prejudice.] Judge denied mistrial motion and didn't disqualify two who knew about letters but said they could be impartial.
