Silbert quotes tapped telephone calls between Khaalis and son-in-law Abdul Aziz with regard to alleged customs officials harassment of Aziz on return from Saudi Arabia; in conversations, Khaalis allegedly threatened lives. Police sergeant quotes Khaalis as threatening violence beyond Washington, DC siege. Defense attorney Harry Alexander's arguments noted. Greene says with past events in mind, he can't consider Khaalis' words idle and orders him held without bond. Before taking Khaalis away, he and Aziz are charged with new counts of firearms violations.
