During Lyndon Johnson's term as President, Senator added amendment to Crime Control Act that permits wiretaps to be used in all levels of government freely. Johnson tried to stop amendment but Congress approved it. If facts right, Nixon had right to order all wiretaps, buggings, and burglaries. Will Senators explain themselves?
