Says Georgia trying to segregate again and Mississippi had never done so. In Virginia, all districts partially desegregated. Most North Carolina schools do so. South Carolina to have 25%; had 15% last year Georgia rate higher, though it faces court suits. Florida above 1 in 4 ratio. Tennessee at 1 in 4 ratio. Alabama to rise to 1 in 3 ratio. Mississippi doubles rate from 7-14%. Arkansas partially desegregated, as is LA. Marshals had to escort black teachers to schools in Thomas, LA. Texas partially integrated.
