(DC) Reporter details events of case. Last May, Green Beret group of Montagnards led attack on North Vietnam camp in Cambodia. Captured film which showed Vietnam interpreter Thai Khac Chuyen, who worked for Berets, with North Vietnam. Proof he was double agent. It explained why North Vietnam always knew when Berets would attack. Berets met with Dep. Chief of CIA in Saigon. He told them Chuyen was employed by North Vietnam. They were told they could kill, fire, or imprison him. Colonel Rheault orders men to be sure about Chuyen Lie detector and truth serum bears out assumption. On Jun. 20 drugged Chuyen was shot in head. Body chained to stretcher, dumped in South China Sea. CIA changed mind next day. Said he shouldn't have been killed. Abrams ordered cleanup. Many questions to be answered.
