(Chicago, Illinois) Assistant United States Attorney Richard Schultz says government to show conspiracy and that pacifist, David Dellinger, 53, was principal architect of riots, Defense Attorney William Kunstler says 8 came to city for antiwar protests, but police engineered riot, Real conspiracy was against rights of war protesters. Black Panther leader Bobby Seale says his Const. rights violated because Judge Julius Hoffman wouldn't permit continuance until Attorney Charles Garry recovered from surgery. Seale says he sees Judge as racist if he doesn't permit continuance. Hoffman says Seale close to contempt of court Defense Attorney Michael Tigar brought to court in custody because he tried to withdraw from case without permission.
