Defense Department denies North Vietnam claim that United States planes hit prisoners of war camp in Hanoi. North Vietnam says prisoners of war camp located near embassy bldgs. in Hanoi, not in military target areas. In 5th day of bombing, so far United States loses 8 B-52's, 4 fighter-bombers, 43 airmen missing. From today, United States will not announce month of flyers missing over North Vietnam. United States will not reveal month of raids or targets bombed.
