Explains reasons.] Hawkins won case in Supreme Court after 3 tries. After finishing law school in New England, Hawkins mentally, physically broke. After another court suit against Florida, Hawkins finally attorney at age 70. [HAWKINS - recalls remarks about his being born to serve whites.] Hawkins' wife Ida has worked all these years Hawkins decides to give free legal advice at Poverty Agency.
